The innovative Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare Integrated Leadership (SBNH-L) Program will help you develop the skills to create equitable, culturally safe workplace cultures and environments that honour, develop, mobilize, and capitalize on the strengths of individuals and their team. By participating alongside leaders and managers from seven (7) participating hospitals in Toronto and Montreal, as well as international participants from Brazil, France, and Australia, you will benefit from unique community-building and networking opportunities. You will also build your capacity in SBNH Leadership!
The program runs from Sep. 29 to Dec. 12, 2025. This online program consists of 3 modules over 4 months.
Each module has:
- 3 hours of self-guided work
- 2 hours of live virtual session
- 1 hour of live virtual group facilitation.
