This program is designed to build the leadership capabilities of nurses and healthcare leaders in developing the knowledge and skills required to create equitable, culturally safe workplace cultures and environments that honour, develop, mobilize and capitalize on the strengths of individuals and their team.
The program runs from January 8 to April 11, 2025, and consists of 3 modules. The format of each modules comprises:
- 3 hours of self-guided asynchronous learning
- 2 hours of synchronous online learning
- 1 hour of mentorship
