EXECUTIVE EDUCATION FOR NURSES
New leadership course for a new era in health care – January 26 to February 12, 2025
As the post-pandemic resignation continues to destabilize our healthcare network, it is abundantly clear that change is needed. Revitalizing healthcare requires the integration of nurses into the highest levels of decision-making in healthcare organizations. This 3-module online course, developed and led by Lynne McVey, RN, MSc, FHCMgt, will get you started on your journey to a seat at these important tables.
Course Content:
- Two asynchronous learning modules beginning January 26, with optional live sessions January 29 and February 5, 8:00-9:30 a.m.
- One live session moderated by Lynne McVey, February 12, 8:00-10:00 (mandatory)
- Readings and assignments are geared toward career planning; individualized feedback is provided.
- All course content is bilingual. Learners can participate in either language.
Who should attend?
Experienced directors, managers, nurse practitioners, and other nurses who aspire to decision-making positions in healthcare. Master's students* in the Health Services Administration stream are also welcome.
