Welcome to Dementia Education for Care Partners.
This online program is designed to educate and support you through your journey as a care partner for a person living with dementia. The program consists of ten online modules that you can go through at your own pace. The content includes expert advice, shared experiences from participants, and solutions to the challenges of being a care partner in the context of dementia.
