This innovative leadership program will help you develop the skills to create equitable, culturally safe workplace cultures and environments that honour, develop, mobilize, and capitalize on the strengths of individuals and their team. By participating alongside leaders and managers from five participating hospitals in Toronto and Montreal, you will benefit from unique community-building, networking, and mentorship opportunities. You will also build your capacity in SBNH Leadership.
